FAQ
▸Am I required to keep wage records for my helper?
Yes — under the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57) employers must keep wage and, where relevant, attendance records, and retain them for at least 6 months after the helper leaves employment. This tool keeps those records on your device.
▸Can I give my helper a receipt each month?
Yes — each month's entry generates a bilingual receipt PDF with wage, food allowance, deductions, the net paid, method and signature lines for both parties.
▸Where is my wage data stored?
In your own browser's local storage, on your device — nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and the CSV/PDF exports generate locally.
